NAS Useful information/resources

Autistic adults and children will have many questions, but it is important that we, as parents/carers, pitch our responses in a way that does not trigger further anxiety, is honest, and developmentally appropriate to the autistic person. Focussing on things that we can do, and maintaining routine at home (as much as possible), will help to reduce anxieties.
